Received National Coaching School recognition in 2009 and in 2010 from the Spanish Federation (RFEF)
– Finished a club-record best of 3rd place in 2019/20 and equalled the feat in 2020/21, sealing the club’s first ever qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
– Voted the top coach in France’s D1 Arkema in 2019/20 by respected women’s football website L’Équipière.
– Managed the team to victory in the FA Cup in 2016.
– Managed the team to victory in the Continental Cup in 2015 after being finalist in 2014.
– Won the first ever NWSL Shield in 2013, and were runners-up in the play-offs after finishing joint top in the regular season.
– Contributed to the development of several players who went on to secure Division 1 Scholarships in the NCAA or play professionally.
